Turn highlighted lines into a list

When using the markdown editor, highlighting multiple lines of text and then tapping the Ordered or Unordered List options results in clearing the text and inserting a blank list item.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
It would be more intuitive to turn the highlighted text lines into the requested list.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Alternatively, but less intuitively, the List options could be greyed out if text is highlighted, to protect against the problem behavior.

Seen on iOS 17.4.1 and Voyager 2.11.1
