Ability to copy version from About screen

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
It would be nice if you could copy the version string from the About screen to facilitate submitting issues on GitHub. iOS let's you copy the OS version, so the Voyager version is one of the few things I have to remember when entering information :)

Long press to copy the version string

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Single tap to copy could be nice as well, but allows for the accidental tap and unintentional replacing of clipboard contents.
