Translate title of posts and posts

I like to _travel_ across may communities, but most of them don't use languages I understand

I'd like to have a general option to translate posts from all language in that language except the list I understand.

Get an options in the **...** options of the post to translate, or send to translate app/service

Using one of the many free/open source API for translation, a little liste here :
