Filters don't work on Lemmy community names

**Describe the bug**
Adding a keyword to the filter doesn't filter any communities with the word

**To Reproduce**
Add a keyword to the filter list like the word memes

**Expected behavior**
It should filter all the communities with the word memes in it. Or even better there should be a community filter section so i can block all communities with the words meme and memes without blocking posts that mention the word
