Migrate subreddit from self hsoted instance

**Describe the bug**
I have setup a self hosted instance of Lemmy and I can succesfuly login with Voyager app. But when I try to migrate the subreddits I cannot find anything. I can find any federate community from my lemmy instance in the browser

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to migrate subreddit
2. select an imported subreddit
3. click search
4. nothing appears

**Expected behavior**
a list of exinting federate communities will appear
