Switching accounts on communities greys out the ellipsis and makes the button unresponsive

**Describe the bug**

Switching accounts on communities greys out the ellipsis and makes the button unresponsive. One has to come in and out of the community to make the button responsive again.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a community
2. Switch to a different account
3. See how the ellipsis becomes greyed out and unresponsive

**Expected behavior**

Switching accounts shouldn't neither grey out the ellipsis nor make it unresponsive.
