Third level swipe gesture

On Sync for Lemmy, swipe gestures have 3 levels: Short, Medium, and Long (they call it first, second, and third swipe).

Would be nice for Voyager to implement another swipe level for both posts and comments. This will give us 50% more swipe options. Because, as one of our taglines says, _"Tapping is meh"_.
