Haptic still occurs even when the option turned off in settings

**Describe the bug**
When turning off Haptic Feedback in settings, vibrations still occur within the app.
Tested on Voyager 1.32, Native app from Google Play Store, running on Android 14.

**To Reproduce**
- Head to Settings > Genera > and turn off Haptic Feedback
- Click on Posts button in the bottom bar
- Make sure the list of posts are visible
- Choose any post and click on the three dot menu next to it
- Once the menu is shown, hold your finger on any option and drag your finger up and down across other options within the menu.
- Haptic feedback and vibration occurs while the setting is turned off.

**Expected behavior**
Vibration should not occur with that option turned off.
