Weather conditions are not showing up in remarks

Unfortunatelly `remarks` don't really contain any weather information, while there are some mappings in [en locale](https://github.com/aeharding/metar-taf-parser/blob/main/src/locale/en.ts) to describe that. Is this a bug & is it fixable?
