Status list tokens are signed with server host key instead can we sign with issuer key

Currently status list tokens are signed using the server host certificate managed by `cert_manager`. Issuer keys are used only to authenticate publish/update requests, not to sign the status list token itself. Do we have a option to sign the status lists as well ?
