Refactor Repository for ECS Removal and Branch Sync

### Refactor the repository to support the migration from ECS to EKS by performing the following
- Remove all ECS-related deployment data (e.g., ECR push commands, ECS task definition updates) from the develop and main branches.
- Create a stable snapshot of the develop branch and sync it to the main branch
- Test the synced branches locally to verify application functionality, focusing on build and deployment scripts, and resolve any conflicts.
- Update CI/CD configurations (e.g., .github/workflows/) and documentation where and if necessary (e.g., README.md) to reflect the removal of ECS-related logic.
- Ensure no breaking changes are introduced during the refactoring process.
