Associate with .jar does not work

**What are you trying to do?**
Installed OpenJDK16U-jdk_x64_windows_hotspot_16.0.2_7.msi

**Expected behaviour:**
Double click on jar file should open it with java.

**Observed behaviour:**
File type association was not created, jars cannot be run by double clicking them.

**Any other comments:**

Reproduce the issue on Windows using OpenJDK16U-jdk_x64_windows_hotspot_16.0.2_7.msi, then inspect the installer configuration responsible for file associations. Done means the installation creates a .jar association and double-clicking a JAR opens it with Java.
