Winget update to 21.0.7.6 from 21.0.6.7 does not work

### Please provide a brief summary of the bug



The update is advertised but when trying to run it it complains there is no available release for my system.

The github release areaa has the releases but it seems somehow there is some manifest or reference wrong.

Reproduce the update on Windows 11 x86_64 with Temurin 21.0.6.7 installed through winget, then compare the 21.0.7.6 winget manifest or reference with the corresponding GitHub release. Done means winget can discover and complete the update without reporting that no release is available.
