Description
If the Jenkins master falls over, can a slave take over? If not then we need to think about having the master backed up / saved as a docker image / whatever to make sure we can failover to a new node fast.
Same goes for the main ansible box.

Research direction
Start by assessing how the Jenkins master and main Ansible server are currently hosted, backed up, and recovered; the issue names no repository files, tests, or entry points. Determine whether failover is possible and define a recovery approach for both systems, with documented, demonstrable takeover or restoration as the completion criterion.
