Jenkins agents with JDK17 will no longer be supported after March 31st 2026

Noting that we do not have a GA version of Temurin for arm32, but you can still build a jdk25 on there (I tested it a couple of months back)

Start with the Jenkins agents listed at the linked computer page and identify those still running JDK17. Find the infrastructure definitions for those agents, update them to JDK21 or JDK25 where available, account for the arm32 limitation, and verify that no JDK17 agents remain.
