Collate full AQA perf/timing statistics on Linux/aarch64 hosts

During the October release cycle we prioritised Linux/aarch64 by disabling the Linux/arm32 and Alpine/aarch64 build/test cycles until after the Linux/aarch64 ones had completed in order to give maximum CPU time on our systems to the primary platform.

Now that the release cycle is over we should collect statistics on how much those two secondaries impact the Linux/aarch64 builds when they are run in parallel.
