New Machine requirement: Alpine 3.22

I need to request a new machine:

- New machine operating system (e.g. linux/windows/macos/solaris/aix): Alpine Linux
- New machine architecture (e.g. x64/aarch32/arm32/ppc64/ppc64le/sparc): x64 and aarch64
- Provider (leave blank if it does not matter):
- Desired usage: Testing on the current supported release of Alpine Linux
- Any unusual specification/setup required:
- How many of them are required: At least one - to replace some of the earlier versions so we are testing on the recent ones that people are more likely to be installing on.

Review the repository's existing machine-maintenance and Ansible conventions before locating how machines are defined and provisioned. Use the Alpine Linux 3.22 request, including x64 and aarch64 support, as the requirements; done means at least one replacement machine is available for testing the current supported Alpine release.
