Jenkins: audit tabs at the top of the jenkins

The jenkins tab list at the moment has quite a lot of views in it. We should do an audit of them, see if people still need them all, and if desirable remove some of them to avoid clogging up the UI. Here is the current state:

Done means agreeing which views to retain and removing only the unnecessary ones without disrupting required workflows.
