This kernal component seems to be missing and/or unavailable on this machine.

The error we're seeing is:
```
java.nio.file.FileSystemException: /proc/sys/fs/binfmt_misc: No such device
```

No file or test is named. Start with the Ansible configuration for test-marist-sles15-s390x-2 and investigate why /proc/sys/fs/binfmt_misc reports "No such device"; done means the component is available on the host and the referenced OpenJDK CI tests no longer show this failure.
