Details:
On most linux machines we have `pigz` available to perform gzip compression across all CPU cores. We do not install this on AIX so it falls back to gzip. Sine `pigz` is available in the IBM yum repository we should install that to gain the performance advantage at the end of the build process that `pigz` gives.
