Ansible request for GIT source compile on SLES to be unified

SLES currently has it's own code for building and installing a suitable version of git (See https://github.com/adoptium/infrastructure/pull/2744) - Sine we have a separate GIT_Source role we should try to adjust the playbooks to use that one on SLES instead of having two pieces of code for buiding a suitable version of git from source.

Start by locating the separate GIT_Source role and the SLES-specific Git build and installation code described in PR 2744. Compare those paths with the request split from PR 3060, then determine which SLES playbooks still use the duplicate implementation. Done means SLES uses the shared role without retaining a second Git-from-source implementation.
