`infrahosts` group in Bastillion isn't working

All machines in the infrahosts group on Bastillion are just getting the default keys added and not the team members that should be able to access it. For now I've removed the Bastillion key from the Nagios server so that it doesn't try to update, but that's not the only system in that group.
