Create missing playbooks for services machines

I recently had to rebuild the api server and created a playbook for it [here](https://github.com/AdoptOpenJDK/openjdk-infrastructure/tree/master/ansible/playbooks/AdoptOpenJDK_Services_Playbooks) alongside @sxa555's jckservices playbook. We should create a playbook for all of the other services so I will use this issue to track the progress of this.

List of playbooks to be added:
- [ ] Keybox
- [ ] Possibly the CI's?

Please edit this issue and add new services if there are any that I have missed.

Start in ansible/playbooks/AdoptOpenJDK_Services_Playbooks and compare the existing API server and jckservices playbooks with the services represented in the infrastructure repository. Add playbooks for the remaining services, including Keybox and any applicable CI machines; the checklist should be complete when each service has the required playbook.
