Description
Causes downloads to be attempted when they shouldn't be required. Needs playbook redeployment on these systems since [JDK17 installation is in the playbooks](https://github.com/adoptium/infrastructure/blob/6d9dfd5e8e90d45c9684e3754c2dff2e50864680/ansible/playbooks/AdoptOpenJDK_Unix_Playbook/main.yml#L115).
