jdk-25 Windows aarch64 aqa testcases (in at least sanity.openjdk) seem to "hang" indefinitely

Looks like jdk_lang_0 virtual thread tests still running... This bug maybe related: https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8344577

Possibly an issue on Win aarch64 as well...

Running a Grinder of jdk_lang_o, with timeoutfactor reduced to x1, and a 100 hour timeout: https://ci.adoptium.net/job/Grinder/14619/

Start with the attached Win_aarch64_console.txt and the sanity.openjdk run linked in the issue, focusing on the jdk_lang_0 virtual thread tests. Reproduce or inspect the Grinder 14619 run, then compare the behavior with JDK-8344577 and openjdk/jdk pull request 22357. Done means the affected Windows aarch64 tests no longer hang or take an unexpectedly long time.
