Grinder links from the console output don't work

There are two sets of links to launch grinders:
- the first set is in test job's home/summary page (these still work); and
- the second set is in the console output (these don't work).

The **links to launch grinders in the console output** no longer auto-fill the fields in the grinder.

This will be very low priority since the first set of links still work.
