JDK19/s390x/extended_openjdk regularly failing

**Describe the bug**
Multiple failures in https://ci.adoptopenjdk.net/view/Test_openjdk/job/Test_openjdk19_hs_extended.openjdk_s390x_linux/28/console - this was spotted last week while looking to verify/compare with some results from another test suite (Multicast/jvmti failures)

Steps to reproduce the behavior (or Grinder rerun link): Re-run the appropriate job e.g. the one linked above

Tests all execute correctly and pass

**Additional context**
[The 17 tests](https://ci.adoptopenjdk.net/view/Test_openjdk/job/Test_openjdk17_hs_extended.openjdk_x86-64_linux/) are in a better shape, completing in about 4-7 hours, but the 19 ones have been far less consistent. When I was looking last week we hadn't had any fully successful runs, although the weekend one has got to the end in 5h22 but has multiple failures:

Start by rerunning the linked Test_openjdk19_hs_extended.openjdk_s390x_linux job and inspect the console output for the listed jvm_compiler, jdk_beans, jdk_security3, and jdk_tools failures. Compare the failing test-list runs with the referenced OpenJDK 17 job. Done means the causes are identified and the affected tests complete successfully in a repeat run.
