Enhancement: provide more information about agent in release summary reports

When there are failures that pass on auto rerun it helps if release summary reports provides machine/agent information, e.g. name of original machine tests failed on and rerun machine tests passed on. The note would help to confirm if it's machine related without to check the deep history.

The issue names no file, test, or entry point. Start by locating the release summary report generation and the data available for original and rerun agents. Done means the report shows the machine or agent for both the failed original run and the passing auto rerun.
