Description
TRSS ML user feedback has been able to be stored in DB with PR https://github.com/adoptium/aqa-test-tools/pull/798.

Research direction
Start with PR 798 and its linked comment to understand the existing ML feedback storage and the requested display format. Trace where the current accuracy value is stored and rendered, and review issue 496 for context; done means positive and negative feedback counts are stored and shown on the web page.
