Description

In https://github.com/adoptium/aqa-test-tools/issues/496, we collect user feedback for related git issue. If the issue is confirmed by the user, we should also show it in the `allTestsInfo`.
http://trss1.fyre.ibm.com/allTestsInfo?buildId=60b3b5b1dfd84686d34b2731&limit=5&hasChildren=false

In `allTestsInfo`, add an additional icon `` in Action to show user confirmed git issue link.

Research direction

Start with issue #496 and the allTestsInfo page linked in this issue, then trace the Action rendering for failed tests and the confirmed git issue data. The work is done when a confirmed git issue is represented by the BugOutlined icon and link in Action, while unconfirmed cases remain unchanged.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
