Feature: make it possible to define white and black lists of requirable components

It would nice to have that feature when a developer can define only required components to avoid including the whole ember-paper package to the build. Looks helpful when you need to have only one or two components from the package and don't want to make you build fat with redundant useless stuff.

The same like in [ember-composable-helpers](https://github.com/DockYard/ember-composable-helpers#configuration). Looks doable, so, would be great to have it.
