Create simple but fully contained Getting Started example

First I tried to follow the snippets on the live demo but they aren't helpful for getting started since they aren't complete.

Then I tried http://offirgolan.github.io/ember-light-table/docs/modules/Table%20Declaration.html (which was hard to find) but I don't see how it fills in the row data and once I added the component code I'm getting "Assertion Failed: [ember-light-table] table must be an instance of Table".

It will really help to have a getting started overview with a complete example that is as simple as possible.
