Description
- [ ] put sliders on parameters
- [ ] load horizon and unload horizon sliders should be dynamic
- [ ] put transitions on load horizon
- [ ] fix rendering of unload horizon
- [ ] initialReadOffset renders new dataset at that readOffset
- [ ] pageSize renders new dataset at the currentReadOffset
- [ ] creates new instance of initialReadOffset and pageSize after user confirms on click
- [ ] add a 'Go' button for user to click for initialReadOffset and pageSize
- [ ] button can't be clicked unless initialReadOffset and pageSize values have changed
- [ ] sliders should have min/max values
