File selection field is easy to overlook

Currently, the user-sync-config.yml selection field on the home screen It is easy to overlook, since it is located under numbered list and looks more like a bottom-note, not as an actionable element.

I propose to add it as the last element to the numbered list on home screen, thus making it harder to overlook.

Start at the home screen implementation and locate the user-sync-config.yml selection field and the numbered list that currently contains the main choices. Move the selection field into the list as its last element, then verify on the home screen that it reads as an actionable list item and is no longer presented as a bottom note.
