Default "choose file" directory to current directory

Is there a way to set the default path for choosing the user-sync-config to be the current directory? Since we're now deploying the app to the same path as the files, it would remove the extra step of browsing back to that directory. OR, do you think we should have the app put in the utils folder with a shortcut?
