Just discovered your [Storybook screen reader addon](https://github.com/adobe/spectrum-web-components/tree/main/2nd-gen/packages/swc/.storybook/addons/screen-reader-addon). I think it's awesome and would love if it would were installable separately. I was wondering if you'd consider publishing it separately to NPM, or plan to?

Identify the package and release changes needed to make the Storybook addon installable separately from npm, then verify that it can be installed as an independent package.
