[Bug]: sp-color-area does not change hue when hue value changes

### Expected behavior

When the hue value is updated in the sp-color-area, the hue of the area will change. It does not.
The hue of the circle on the area does change, but the background gradient does not.
This can be easily seen with using the control with the hue slider here:

Start with the sp-color-area joint story in Storybook and reproduce the issue by changing the hue slider in Chrome or Edge. Compare the changing hue circle with the unchanged background gradient; done means the area gradient updates when the hue value changes.
