[Bug]: Unable to move to the sp-color-area corner

### Actual behavior

I am using sp-color-area when I noticed that we cannot specify the value hsv(100, 100, 0). Whenever we try to set the value, it resets to (100, 0, 0).
The other edge cases of s and v being 0-100 works fine.
