How to identify user for edit content apply fixex

**Description**
In the current set up there no book keeping of user's edit and apply fixes operations on the data.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Edit or apply fix of any suggestions and by the logs or data we can't identify the user who performed the operation.

**Expected behavior**
A log at least should be logged with required data to track the changes in data.

Start by locating the handlers for editing content and applying fixes, then trace how those operations are currently logged or persisted. Done should include logs containing enough information to identify the user and the affected data for both operations, with tests covering the new audit details if the existing code has tests.
