Description

### Provide a general summary of the feature here

I would like to request adding Khmer language (km-KH) support to the library. Khmer is the official language of Cambodia.

### 🤔 Expected Behavior?

When adding the km-KH locale, the system should display or translate the content into Khmer language

### 😯 Current Behavior

Currently, the library does not support the Khmer locale (km-KH), requiring developers to implement custom translations manually or workarounds to localize the UI.

### 💁 Possible Solution

Since the Adobe Globalization team handles translations for us, we would like to simply create an issue. We, the Khmer community, would greatly appreciate it if Khmer language support could be added.

### 🔦 Context

Khmer is the official and national language of Cambodia, spoken by over 16 million people.
Adding Khmer support would ensure that the library is more inclusive and user-friendly for the Cambodian community.
