[S2] Custom Label component?

### Provide a general summary of the feature here

Would it be possible to have a Label / FieldLabel component that looks like the one available on Form Items, but accessible to other components?

I guess the focus behavior makes it slightly problematic (but you could pass a ref to the associated component)?

- styling homogenous with label prop in form component
- click on label can focus dom ref
