Description

### Provide a general summary of the issue here

In RAC docs, in [the new inline autocomplete example](https://react-aria.adobe.com/Autocomplete#inline-completions), the content inside the Popover seems to be "glitching" when trying to scroll.

This only happens on the RAC docs on Chrome and Brave. If I open the docs on Firefox it works fine.
Also, if I open that doc example inside Stackblitz on Chrome, then also it works fine.

My recording doesn't include this working properly on Stackblitz on Chrome, but it is working.

Windows 11
Chrome version: 149.0.7827.103
Firefox version: 151.0.4

Research direction

Start with the inline autocomplete example at the linked RAC docs page and reproduce the issue in Chrome or Brave on Windows 11 by typing @ and scrolling the Popover. Compare its behavior with Firefox and the StackBlitz example; done means the Popover item list scrolls without glitching in the docs.
