Events should be able to access the cotext

What is the use case?

This may be relevant for an event attached to a specific scenario.

However there are a few checks that eed to be done:
* Is the scenario producing data that is consumed by the event?

Start by tracing how events are associated with scenarios and where scenario context is represented. Clarify the intended use case and check whether scenario-produced data should be available to events. Done means the access behavior and its handling of data dependencies are defined and covered by appropriate tests.
