Import ratios not working

Import as lightness stops is not working

## Steps to reproduce

1. Go to http://leonardocolor.io/
2. Click on adaptive theme
3. Click import lightness stops
4. enter #0000ff, #000099
5. Only one value converted to input

Reproduce the issue at http://leonardocolor.io/ by opening Adaptive Theme, selecting Import Lightness Stops, and entering #0000ff, #000099. Inspect the import flow to determine why only one value becomes an input; done means both imported values appear as inputs without breaking the existing adaptive-theme workflow.
