CVD conflict reporting

## Why do you need this feature?

CVD simulations are great, but are highly subjective ways to analyze color conflict issues. For users who have a color vision deficiency, the use of a simulator to audit potential conflicts in other CVDs would be undesirable. All-in-all, a CVD simulation excludes many users from the ability to accurately audit their color palette in this regard. By offering a pass/fail type of reporting for each color in the theme, more users will have access to this information, and could potentially be useful in other applications (such as warning reporting in the npm package).

## Additional context

Start by reviewing the themes tab and the linked d3-jnd resource. Define how the detailed CVD conflict report should present pass/fail results for each theme color, and consider how the same reporting could support warning output in the npm package. Done means the intended report behavior and integration scope are confirmed.
