Looks like GitHub has updated their "Use this template" button to be a dropdown. The tutorial and video on https://www.hlx.live/developer/tutorial need to be updated to reflect the change.

Tutorial should document all steps exactly as they are required

Tutorial is missing a step which is confusing to a novice
