Automate Core Component Config

The configurations for generating the Core Component mixin list of components should be an automatic process.

Interval schedule to run, any time the Core Component repository has a new release, make sure to update the configuration files here:

https://github.com/adobe/generator-aem/tree/main/generators/mixin-cc/apps/versions

Start by inspecting the configuration files in generators/mixin-cc/apps/versions and compare them with releases in the Core Component repository. Determine how release changes should trigger updates and what schedule or event mechanism is expected. Done means the configuration files update automatically whenever a new Core Component release is published.
