[EW] Enable right side panel in browse view with separate config

Certain actions will start from the browse view such as Market Intelligence. Hence, we want to show a right side panel with a different configuration.

We may be able to extend the library config to define if something shows up on browse and/or canvas.

Start by locating the browse-view rendering and the library configuration that controls the right side panel. Trace how the existing canvas configuration is applied, then define the separate browse configuration and verify that the panel appears in browse view without changing canvas behavior.
