Help text tells users to @ message an account that doesn't exist

`@adobe/open-source-office` doesn't actually generate an email to us. We'll have to fix that in the CLA-bot help message.

Start by locating the CLA-bot help message that contains `@adobe/open-source-office` and check how that message is generated. Update the account reference so the help text points users to a valid way to contact Adobe, then verify the resulting help message no longer names the nonexistent account.
