Description

### Issue Summary

I really want to implement the Compute Formula Flow Step service. However, our corporate restrictions do not allow the installation/use of ngrok, a dependency required to build and deploy the app locally. I tried removing all mentions of ngrok from the package-lock.json but of course the app won't successfully build without it.

### Solution Idea / Request

Is it possible to create a stable version that isn't dependent on ngrok or do you know of a suitable workaround? I know we aren't the only company that restricts the use of ngrok so this version may be worth the time to configure.

Research direction

Start by reviewing package-lock.json and the repository's build and deployment setup to identify how ngrok is required for local use. Compare the current setup with the requested corporate restriction and determine whether a supported configuration or alternative can be defined. Done should mean the app can build and deploy locally without requiring ngrok, with the supported path documented and verified.
